Zone Pilates ~ targets specific body zones

The Zone Pilates System is a contemporary variation of the Pilates method. Zone Pilates divides your body into three target areas, called zones. Just work a zone for minutes a day and you'll see fantastic results. And best of all, it doesn't take hundreds of repetitions.

Working from the deepest level of the core, or 'powerhouse' muscles—the abs, thighs, lower back, and buns—will give you the kind of results that have made Pilates so popular. With Zone Pilates, you can target those core muscles.

Zone 1
Targets the muscles in your upper body. Use the Sculptor to firm arms—strengthen your upper body without adding bulk.

Zone 2
Targets your abs to tighten them so you can get the flat abs you've always wanted. Strengthen your lower back as well and you will feel the difference in those core abdominal muscles.

Zone 3
Targets the muscles in your thighs and buns to give you those model lean, sleek thighs and firm buns.
